No appointment needed either way.
Walk in
Bring the piece and, if it’s a hem, the shoes you’ll actually wear. We pin it on you in five to ten minutes and give you a pick-up window right at the counter. Alterations, bridal and rush all start the same way.
Drive through
Pull up to the window with your dry cleaning, shirts or household items and hand them through. Pick-up works the same way. Your things come back covered and on the hanger, without you stepping out of the car.

Where exactly is the shop?
We’re at 896 E 12300 S, Draper, UT 84020, just off I-15, east of the 12300 South exit, on the north side before the TRAX line. If you know that exit, you’ll find us without any trouble. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm. We’re closed Sunday. If you want to call ahead, we’re at (801) 572-1386.
What if I can’t get there during opening hours?
We’re open six days a week, so most people find a window that works. If Saturday is your only realistic option, just know we close at 4pm, a little earlier than the weekday close, so it’s worth planning around that. And if a public holiday falls on a day you were planning to come in, that turnaround shifts back by one day, so if you’re working to a deadline it’s worth keeping in mind.
Do I need to book anything in advance?
No appointment needed. Walking in is the normal way people come, and it’s always fine to just show up during opening hours. There’s also a drive-thru if that’s more convenient. Bring whatever you’ve got and we’ll take it from there.
What if I need something back the same day?
It’s possible on alterations, depending on when you arrive. Get it in before noon Monday through Friday, or before 11am on Saturday, and same-day is available. For dry cleaning, anything you drop off Monday through Thursday comes back the next day. Drop it off Friday or Saturday and it’ll be ready on Monday.
