Pick it up. Put it on. Done.
You have enough to think about in the morning without wrestling with an iron. When you drop your shirts off with us, you’re handing over that whole part of your routine.
We press each one so it hangs smooth, feels comfortable, and looks sharp the moment you slip it on.
You pick them up, hang them in your closet, and on your next busy morning they’re already lined up, pressed, and ready to wear, so getting dressed takes seconds instead of effort.

What happens once you walk in.
Here’s what to expect once you walk through the door.
- 01
Drop it off
Walk in and hand it to us at the counter, or pull through the drive-thru and pass it through the window without leaving the car.
- 02
Tell us what you see
Point out every stain and tell us how you like things done, and we write it all on your ticket. If something looks like it may not come out, we’ll say so right there at the counter.
- 03
We tell you when it’ll be ready
We’ll give you the pick-up day at the counter so you know exactly when to come back.
- 04
Pick it up
It’ll be covered and on the hanger, waiting at the counter or at the window, whichever’s easier.
A few things worth knowing before you come in.
- First time in, just tell us how you like your starch, whether you want a sleeve crease, and if you’d rather have them folded or on a hanger. We put it on file so you never have to say it again.
- If there’s a stain, don’t touch it first. Bring it in as it is and point it out at the counter.
What we’ll say to you straight.
- Need a press on its own? That can go same day. The wash itself comes back the next business day.
- We keep your preferences on file after your first visit, so dropping off is just handing it over.
- If a stain looks old or set in, we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic before anything starts.
The things people usually ask before they come in.
How do you protect my shirts from shrinkage or damage?
Every shirt gets favorite-shirt treatment. We read the care label, use the right wash settings, and press carefully so the fabric keeps its shape and feels good on your skin. We slow down on purpose so your shirts come back the same fit you love, just cleaner and sharper.
Can I tell you how I like my shirts pressed?
Absolutely. You can tell us exactly how you like your shirts, and we’ll save it on your account. More or less starch, extra-crisp collars, no crease in the sleeves, folded or on a hanger, we’ll press your shirts the way you actually wear them, not in “one standard way.”
How do you handle stains on my dress shirts?
First, we check the fabric and the type of stain. Then we pre-treat by hand and spot-test, so we avoid damage or color loss. We skip the harsh chemical blast. When a stain looks tricky, we slow down, pick the safest method for your fabric, and walk you through what to expect so your shirt gets its best chance at coming back clean and ready to wear.
How long does shirt laundry usually take?
Most shirt laundry is on a next-day schedule. Drop your shirts off one day, and they’re usually ready the very next business day. Bring them in on Friday or Saturday, and they’ll be waiting for you on Monday.
Can you rush a shirt for a last-minute meeting or event?
Right now our shirt laundry process isn’t set up for true same-day rushes. We want to protect your fabric and finish, not cut corners. What we can do is prioritize next-day whenever possible. If you have something important coming up, bring your shirts in the day before (or Friday/Saturday for a Monday pickup), and our team will make sure they’re ready on time.

“This place is so reliable and good at alterations and cleaning. They are upfront about their prices and timeframe every single time and I’ve never had an issue with them.”
Drop shirts off Monday through Thursday and they’re back pressed and ready the following day.
Roll through the drive-thru on the way to work. We give you a day at the counter and we hold to it. If a piece needs more time, you hear it from us before you leave, not when you come back to pick it up. Around a public holiday, add one day. Not sure which day yours falls on? Call us and we’ll tell you before you make the drive. Read the full policies →
