A lot of our customers felt the same way about their favorite blouses, golf shirts, and suits. They tried home washing, or took them to a cleaner where items came back a little rougher each time. That’s usually when they bring them to us.
We look over each item, check the fabric, spot stains, and clean it with the kind of care that keeps it looking like something you feel good putting on every time.

Heat and detergent set most stains for good. Once that happens, the options narrow fast. Bring it in as it is and just show us the spot.
- Red winebring it in unwashed. Don’t rinse it first.

- Grease or oilkeep it out of the dryer. Heat sets it for good.
- Inkleave it alone; touching it spreads it further in.

Walk in and hand it to us at the counter, or pull through the drive-thru and pass it through the window without leaving the car.

Tell us what you see
Point out every stain and tell us how you like things done, and we write it all on your ticket. If something looks like it may not come out, we’ll say so right there at the counter.

We tell you when it’ll be ready
We’ll give you the pick-up day at the counter so you know exactly when to come back.

Pick it up
It’ll be covered and on the hanger, waiting at the counter or at the window, whichever’s easier.

- Empty the pockets before you bring it in.
- If you know what caused a stain, tell us at the counter. Even a rough idea helps.

How long does dry cleaning usually take, and can you do same-day or next-day service?
Most of the time, if you drop your items off Monday through Thursday, we’ll have them ready for you the next day. If you bring them in on Friday or Saturday, the team is off on weekends, so your order will be ready on Monday. If you’ve got a specific event or date in mind, just tell us when you come in so we can plan around it with you.
Is dry cleaning gentle on my clothes, or will it wear them out faster?
You’re right to be protective of your favorite pieces. When we dry clean, we’re paying attention to fabric, construction, and care labels so your clothes stay looking and feeling like the ones you chose on purpose. Done properly, dry cleaning actually helps many items last longer than constant home washing and drying.
Can you really remove tough stains like oil, grease, or wine?
Those are exactly the stains people tend to bring to us. When you point a spot out, we treat it before cleaning, using professional stain-removal methods that go beyond what you can usually do at home. Some older or set-in stains can be stubborn, but we always give each one focused attention and let you know honestly what to expect.
What should I do before bringing my clothes in? Do I need to treat stains or separate items?
You don’t have to do any prep work. If you see a stain, just show it to us and, if you remember, tell us what caused it. We’ll handle pre-treating, separating, checking pockets, and deciding which process is safest for each piece. Your job is simply to bring everything in and let us take it from there.
How often should I dry clean suits, shirts, and everyday work clothes?
Think of it this way: suits usually do well with cleaning every few wears, unless there’s a spill. Dress shirts and blouses are more of an every-wear or every-couple-of-wears item, since they sit closer to your skin. Jackets, blazers, and outer layers can often go a bit longer. If you ever wonder about a specific piece, you can always ask when you drop it off and we’ll give you a recommendation based on how and where you wear it.
